Our story

From passion to expertise

Cledici was born from a simple observation: in the Vosges, owners of premium chalets — fitted with jacuzzis, saunas and pools — couldn't find a partner able to manage their properties with the technical expertise and level of service they deserved.

In 2018, we decided to fill that gap. Drawing on our experience in luxury hospitality and our deep attachment to the Vosges massif, we built a local team able to combine operational excellence with technical expertise.

Today, with over 100 chalets under management across 10 towns, we have become the benchmark for premium concierge services in the Vosges. Our secret? A passionate team, a permanent presence on the ground, and an obsession with detail.

Our journey

2018

Cledici founded

Launch of the concierge business in Gérardmer with the first 3 chalets under management.

2019

Expansion to La Bresse

Opening of our operations in the La Bresse resort, meeting strong demand.

2020

Spa & pool specialization

Development of our technical expertise for premium equipment.

2021

HostProtect partnership

Preferential-rate professional insurance access for our partner owners.

2022

20 chalets under management

Passed the milestone of 20 properties, with a team of 6.

2023

CLF Network member

Joined the French Network of Rental Concierge Services.

Founder & Director

With a lifelong passion for the Vosges, Gaël founded Cledici in 2018 with a clear vision: to offer premium chalet owners an excellence concierge service. After 10 years in luxury hospitality and property management, he identified a critical need in the Vosges region. Using his expertise in revenue management and his intimate knowledge of the Vosges massif, he built a local team capable of managing the technical specifics of wellness equipment while maximizing property profitability.

Every chalet has its story. Our role is to elevate it to create unforgettable experiences.
